'Rash decision' (?) overturned?

Okay I've had a few people say that they want me to carry on the blog even if it is just updated every so often so I guess I'm putting the plug back in. I woke up in the middle of the night tonight with a sudden urge to right a full recap of the Blue Ridge Relay so that I had a good review in print of what was one of my most memorable running experiences ever so expect that soon. Captain will be back.
